The iconic building maintains its traditional period façades to Great Titchfield Street and iconic Oxford Street with innovative sleek and modern interior construction.

Open Cell ceiling styles allow for maximum visual permeability, optimising perceived ceiling heights and allowing for unobstructed lighting integration. Quadra and other Open Cell ceiling types also allow for acoustic control when absorbent materials are installed to the upper soffit behind the panels combining minimalist clean lines with dynamic performance.
