One Great Cumberland Place is located in the heart of London and is where an office complex from the Twenties is being transformed into a versatile multi-purpose building that has been awarded the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate. It combines modern offices with retail space at street level.

The historic building on the corner of Oxford Street and Marble Arch retains its heritage exterior and has undergone significant works to develop an ultra-modern interior to suit the needs of commercial tennants and guests. Right in the vibrant heart of London, a building from the 1920s stands out – One Great Cumberland Place. Beneath its roof, it houses office premises and retail floorspace. Thanks to the assistance of the dur-SOLO ceiling components, the interior of this prestigious, historic building is made even more impressive

Powder-coated in white and designed in accordance with specific customer requirements, these galvanised steel dur-SOLO raft ceilings form an integral part of the modern interior design of this building. The perforated raft ceiling elements have a an open area of 56% and are lined with fleece, significantly enhancing the acoustics in the activity-based work areas. In conjunction with the custom-built rounded corner frames, the raft ceiling elements effortlessly support the objective of creating flexible and adaptable working environments that encourage collaboration and innovation.

A successful concept that has culminated in high-quality office premises where the central focus is on the sense of well-being of the people who work there.
