We have over 20 years experience of working with architects and interior designers who express an interest in these products. We assist and engage in the design process and jointly developing project specifications. Our sales, marketing and engineering backgrounds ensure we offer the best service to the designer.

LSA choose our suppliers carefully and we focus on those that complement each other whilst offering high end functionality including acoustic control, fire-retardancy, appealing aesthetics and design, a system based approach and strong environmental credentials.

Our products are predominately installed in the education, sports & leisure, healthcare, commercial, judicial, aerospace, religious and retail sectors.

SEAN SMYTH - Managing Director

One of the co-founders of LSA, Sean looks after the commercial side of the business, ensuring the financial matters of our supply chain are in check.

Sean has a technical background and provides full site support to the Geschwender installers and is the primary point of contact for the Geschwender range of products, Metra Access Control solutions and Architectural Lighting.

Outside of the office Sean is interested in music and many sports. He can be seen at the weekend spinning his decks or skiing down a mountain!

JAMIE WARDER - Projects Director

Jamie is responsible for leading the operational side of the business comprising day to day interaction with architects, interior designers and contractors, assisting with design, detailing and overseeing the sales and service process from inception to completion.

Jamie has a background in project management and acoustic engineering.

When not knee deep in drawings, Jamie is a keen cyclist and an avid Arsenal supporter.


SIMON JAMES - Senior Project Manager

Simon is a senior member of the projects team, handling project enquiries for our full portfolio as well as keeping the rest of the projects team in check!

Simon is also responsible for managing the costing and shipping information, dealing with suppliers and freight companies to make sure we always have the best prices for every job.

When he's not at work Simon likes to escape with his wife and spoil his two daughters.

ALEX PEAKE - Assistant Project Manager

Alex works alongside Jamie and Simon, working on project enquiries and costing for our entire portfolio.

With a history in CAD, Alex specialises in enquiries for bespoke projects, working closely with arhcitects and suppliers to bring to life the more complex specifications.

Outside of work Alex is a dedicated music fan and a keen baker.

REBECCA WARDER - Marketing Associate

Rebecca looks after the brand values of the products and suppliers we represent. In addition, she gets involved with project management as well as ensuring the company's complience with various environmental organisations.

She is also the guardian of our web site and updates this regularly.
