1 King William Street, London. AHMM Architects. Maclaren Construction and J.J. Sweeney Ltd. (October 2016)

LSA Projects Ltd are delighted to share with you one of our latest stunning Dalhem Ribba installations at 1 King William Street, London. The office space spanning two neo-classical buildings at the corner of King William Street and St Swithins Lane has open plan office spaces across 9 floors as well as basement space.

The renovation, designed by London architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris included restoration to the outside of the buildings as well as extending between them to give a unified space internally. Dalhem Ribba in natural Oak was specified on 6 of the floors for lift lobbies, corridoors, and the grand entrance space. In all over 530m2 of Dalhem Ribba have been expertly installed to the project by J.J. Sweeney. That's over 10 kilometres of ribs!

38mm deep Dalhem ribs were specified for 1 King William Street to visually offset the 20mm gaps which in turn were chosen to give excellent acoustic control at 35% open area. Dalhem Ribba is available in the UK only through LSA Projects Ltd.

If this inspires you for one of your projects we would love to hear from you!
